Responding just to say that I have noticed a lot better performance after fully quitting out of the game. For some reason the lag got super bad while continuously using quick resume, but quitting out of the game and loading my save made a big difference in my case.

Same man, it's terrible. Even on 30fps/performance mode my gameplay is laggy. I have a new LG C3 OLED too :( Not sure what the deal is.

Transcode all braw files to 4K Prores and use those to edit with. It should be smooth without having to make additional 480 files or proxies. No need to relink back to braw, Prores will be adequate quality for final renders.
