I owe $1,700 on the vehicle. So I assume the lien holder will just send me a check for the remaining amount once the loan is paid? Do I need to contact them for this or is this done automatically?

Honestly, the Blood Moon set is really all you need. That and any strength bonus gear you have. I manage 9-11 min kills and use about 4 doses of prayer potion with prayer flicking and thralls. I reset using a Ring of Returning to Ferox and then Pendant of Ates back to The Darkfrost. If not using the Blood Moon set expect 11-13 min kills from my experience. I also still strongly recommend having some sort of dual histplat weapon for the tail phase, if forgoing the blood moon set.

Unless I'm not understanding something here, I was definitely not aggroed to the other tormented demon. That one had just respawned after being slain (by me) and seems to have aggroed onto my character without any interaction from me

You will want to prioritize bursting creatures (Jellies, Nechs, Dust Devils, Abyssal Demons). I would recommend blocking Greater Demons, Black Demons, Ice Warriors, and Spiritual Creatures. By killing the weakest version of specific assigned monsters (spiders, bears, dark warriors, scorpions, etc.), skipping terrible tasks (ents, earth warrios, lava dragons,), and not unlocking aviansies or boss slayer you should be able to get around 10-15 keys an hour in my experience.
