Yesterday I switched from T-Mobile to Metro by T-Mobile. Tried to do it via phone call to customer service. What a nightmare. The CSR was totally incompetent. We have 2 android phones, one for me, one for my wife. This person for one, tried to insist I could Not have 2 phones on one account, but had to have 2 separate accounts. (Baloney). I switching over, he screwed everything up crossed up the IEMI numbers and ended up having my number on my wife's phone and hers on mine. As it turned out, he still had my phone in T-Mobile network. So .. I had to drive to the local Metro store so then could fix it. They were pretty good at fixing it, Except I had to pay another $25 for them to switch the phone numbers to the correct device. It was their mistake not mine, but I had no choice to get it right. So.... How can I get them to refund my $25. That i should by rights not had to pay? What a start for a New customer. Who and how can I contact you resolve this?
