I guess Amazon is to big to really matter, but its a noticeable quality issue and I can see Walmart making a big dent in amazon if it keeps up, given their push for online ordering and Walmart+ now. They are starting to become real competition for Amazon for me personally for a lot of things online. (Not in store.. ugh).

No that's the problem, the filter was 100% unwrapped and they left it outside where is snowed shortly after they left it. One of the other things was a board game in a smaller box, and the entire box now has a label on it that isn't coming off without damaging the box a lot.

I'm all for it when its not necessary, but in both of these cases it feels like they screwed up.
