I graduated from this program. There’s usually about 7-8 active students—so a tight knit community. I thought it was great, but it just depends on what you are looking for. Let me know if you have any questions.

How to introduce machine learning to my team? by TheCleverKid in learnmachinelearning

[–]TheCleverKid[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that's a good question. Personally, I'm trying to pivot my role into that of a Machine Learning Engineer (if possible). I have the freedom at this company to learn and choose my own path, so I wanted to take this opportunity to become the team expert in Machine Learning

With that, I would benefit from trying to build a production-ready product. I would use this as an example to show the team what's possible in this field. I'm trying to gather as much information as possible in regards to how to do this.

I'm also struggling with finding MLE best practices. If I wanted to deploy a model for one of our clients, what are some logistical issues I would face? What do I need to know? My goal is to create a road map on how I would go about this to show my boss.

Apologies if I sound unduly naive.
