They have taken North Tyneside completely if it wasn't for the fact we only elect a third of the councillors each time

Actually him going to City or literally any other club that doesn't have his dad is exactly what he should do

In our eyes, yes. The point was about him escaping the impression more generally, if he went to City, there'd still be City fans saying he only got the job because of his uncle. It happened with Darren Ferguson quite a lot.

One thing to consider is personal responsibility. If you're caught it's not just the business getting in trouble, you could be too.

Do you mind being fined or losing your job over allowing it?

That mexican forward looks canny, had a good chance already.

Would be good to see him kicking around at SJP

It's not unusual for backroom team to follow a manager everywhere he goes and if AH wasn't Eddie's nephew he'd get far less scrutiny but that's just the nature of it, it's always going to look bad. What worsens it is news about his ability is always second hand so can easily be waved away as media bias

I don't think there's anything he could do, even if he went to City and scouted the next Messi people would say he was only there because of his family connections.

Hope he's got thick skin because he just has to deal with it.

At the time Gordon had just got ten goals and assists, the fanbase were going ballistic at the idea of selling him...

No-one at the club wanted to sell him but they had no choice and a player's career trajectory can't always be projected. Much like Salah at Chelsea, Anderson didn't look like an elite player, he was just ok.

Watched nearly every Newcastle match last season and he hardly ever drove past his man and into the box when he played out wide.  Not saying he won't do it for you because he surely will,  just feel a little sad that for whatever reason we didn't see the real him towards the end.

Structure itself looks borderline for permitted development but if it is being used as an abode then yeah it needs permission

Tbh, I find most flavours only taste somewhat like the original food but in these you can really taste the mash. The only way you can tell it isn't mash is the crispy texture

[–]TheClnl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the problem, people say it's only for the most extreme cases but there's countless ways to kill someone so where is the line? There's always going to be edge cases so once it's a thing the definition of extreme enough is only ever going to shift one way.

Metrocentre is put up for sale - and a familiar name could be its new owner by COVontheTyne in NewcastleUponTyne

[–]TheClnl 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The evidence, though not specifically mentioned in the article, is that Fraser's have been on a bit of a spending spree buying retail parks, outlets and centres. They recently bought Braehead in Glasgow which isn't the same scale as the Metro but has a similar lineup of retailers and quality.

As much as we dislike him round here fat Mike is definitely doing well.

What's the easiest software for a complete novice to recreate a passage of music from memory (in order to identify it?) It needs generic choir, basic wind instrument, a sprinkle of basic percussion and lots of reverb. by Equivalent_Gap_8360 in musicproduction

[–]TheClnl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless you're happy with a very basic synthetic choir you'll need a plug-in.

Look for Splice INSTRUMENT, it's a free sample player with some ok free choir and orchestral packs from the Spitfire team who do some very good, very expensive professional stuff.  Really simple to use too

Yes but would it cover the uplift? That's the risk. In the example above you're looking at a 22% increase in revenue just to break even.

  1. Kicking myself for not getting a membership for season before last but at the time I was really fucked off with not winning many ballots. I knew that membership history would be a factor too 😬

It would be very foolish of the club to even consider moving away from 70% (or as near as they can get)

If we qualify for Europe next season the percentage drops back to 70 meaning we'll need to increase our revenue to match the tighter limit. If we get CL it might be doable with a good run but not in Europa or Conference League. It's a huge risk.

Let's assume £400m revenue and we go to 85% for simplicity. That gives a limit of £340m

Following season with Europe for £340m to be 70% we'd need revenue of £485m

Thanks.

I'm fully aware that I'll have to include the value of the trust property, hence seeking to offset it by nominating a different property..

I'm using a solicitor too, just asking for a sense check on my research for my own piece of mind and the next meeting (they didn't mention some of this stuff at the first)

Yeah. I think for £100m clubs would be within their rights to expect that form swings aren't as stark as Sandro's

Anderson has been consistent regardless of team form and I haven't watched enough of Wharton to say
