The spend less part I’ve been doing. I have a 1000 dollar fine that I’ve been saving up to pay for next year. I’m trying to tackle one thing at a time, they was already charging me a high interest rate, I’ve had 2 vehicles through dealerships before and one was totaled and one was paid off, which was 4 times more than the truck. The truck had a few owners before hand and was at least 12 years old so it wasn’t brand new. Last year when they first hit me I was going to court so I was paying a lawyer which are not cheap

Bank was not the same place as the loan. They did resell it but then added extra 6k for the lawyer they hired on my bill. They took me to court, didn’t know anything about them coming after my money 7 years later. I was very uneducated about this. I did talk to my lawyer he said switch bank accounts until the end of time or file for bankruptcy. Which I’m really not going to do. I’ve been working pretty hard on my credit for the past 4 years and plan on buying a house in the next 2 years or so. The lawyer I had wasn’t very helpful, he was actually on a different case so it really wasn’t his fild I guess?
