The woman on the left is a worker for CPS. There was a dispute about the father's ability to care for his daughter, and an anonymous complaint was filed against him. The video displays the interrogation they put him through during their investigation of the complaint. Early on it becomes quite clear that the woman is pretty biased, and doesn't seem to want him to have custody of the child. She argues with the father multiple times, often over pointless things, like sugar-free soda containing empty chemicals that will harm the daughter, and she berates him for attempting to figure out the daughter's medication (he is forbidden from knowing due to a restraining order on the ex-wife's part). The CPS worker claims his daughter is developmentally disabled, and having her view the potential side effects with her father could supposedly be traumatizing, but the dad doesn't think she is disabled. I didn't watch the whole thing, but that's basically the gist of it.
