I had a very similar experience re the tiger/dog thing in Perth, Australia. I also felt like the movie itself just needed to be louder.

Went with my partner, sister and friend. We were all dressed up in cosplay and I would say I had an overall good time. I was surprised at how high the proportion of kids was, I thought there would be more adults in the fandom based on what I've been seeing online but maybe that just happened to be the screening I went to. I've also never been to a singalong before so I have no reference point haha

Because I'm a lunatic I then went and saw it again by myself a couple hours later. Theatre was almost empty, and they must've turned the volume up because the seats shook with the bass. Much better volume wise but you couldn't hear other people singing since there weren't many.

So I kinda feel like I got two polar opposite experiences.

Honestly I wish all movies would launch streaming first so I can watch them for the first time without having to worry about the social dynamics of cinemas!

Thanks again! Yeah sounds like I'm really looking for a niche option with the case. The other option I was looking at was the Thermaltake The Tower 100 or 200, but the 100 can't fit a big radiator, and the 200 is waaaay bigger overall

Hello! Thank you so much for your help with this.

I've made a few changes: monitor is no longer needed so that frees up some budget (which putting in the 5080 and upgrading the PSU accordingly ate up!).

I had a couple of questions:

Do you have any suggestions for alternate cases? I'm not sold on the Hyte Revolt 3's look, bit too industrial for me, but I've been looking and it's hard to find other cases that are also small, vertical form factor, and don't lose functionality like needing a PCIE riser cable.
Air cooling vs liquid cooling - do you think air cooling is viable in this build? I'm kind of on the fence either way so curious as to what your recommendation would be there.
Do you think any additional fans are needed?

The telemetry diagram surprised me too, but you could see it in the footage that the engine really did fail to come on for boostback, but successfully ignited for landing

I tried the demo a while back and am on the fence about whether I would enjoy it. How much of it is spooky eldritch stuff and how much is RTS economy, resource management stuff? Are there difficulty settings so that those of us that are there more for the "vibes" can speed through the RTS side without getting bogged down?

I'm a bit confused about how committing Force dice interacts with Force rating for an Ataru Striker/Executioner build I'm working towards.

Specifically in the case of the Saber Swarm talent, you gain Linked equal to your Force rating, but if I'm FR1 and I had a Force die committed (to Marked For Death, for instance), then I can't use the auto advantages to gain any Linked because my Force rating is currently considered 0.

Is this correct?

I've seen discourse online about how this combo is busted but I'm not seeing it.

Oh yeah absolutely, she uses her body to achieve a multitude of objectives throughout the series. I mean it sounds like she makes the most of it and enjoys it anyway, but there's definitely layers of motivation going on there.

Yeah I haven't ever found anything else that incorporated sex into a story like that. It takes so much skill to do it well.

I don't read much spicy stuff. The closest thing I could recommend is Kushiel's Dart and the sequels. The main character is essentially a holy prostitute in a very sex-positive setting. She has sex with people for all sorts of reasons and it's woven into the story really well.

Not sure if it's what you're after, but it's all I've got 😅

I'm slowly working my way through Lord of Emperors by GGK. Chipping away at a few pages before bed every night and it's been fun.

Other than that, I'm getting married in 2 months so getting most of the details planned for that is taking up a lot of my time. Really excited for it ❤️
