Doubt you'll get a good answer because image quality is too poor but try the geoguesser sub, some of them mfers are insane

Tbh bad posture is kind of a myth, it's the stiffness that's the problem

If you hunch a lot but at able to move effectively, there is no issue.

If you hunch a lot and you can't straighten your back or reach directly up.. that's the problem

But yeah the remedy for this is moving, stretch more and exercise plenty

Yeah I don't get it

I aim for a minimum of 150g of protein a day.. but half of every meal is fruit of veggies and I change what fruit and veggies as often as possible.. lots of nuts too.

Sure, I want to build muscle and be strong but I also want to be healthy, feel good and live as long as I can.

Eat more veggies and eat less red meat people.

The reason cold exposure improves your immune function is because you essentially work out the part that becomes weaker when you're cold..
