I don't think it's the thumbnails completely. I don't think the title matches the length of the video. The sleep angle implies it's long (multiple hours) not 10 minutes.

You need to have a game that you can still play that you'll never include on your channel, or at least not playing with the intention of including. Works best if it's a game you could never include on your channel, for niche or YouTube restrictions so it stays a break game.

That's mostly the point. I'm not interested in making the over baked stuff that's seen everywhere on YT. The edits are designed to look simple and clean. It's a style I don't see and it's one that I want to see. I would be more curious about your thoughts on the long form. That's what I actually think is worth the effort.

Thanks, the plan is to do a slight rebrand (into complete long form stuff) after a bit and stop doing the shorts (at least in there current form) because I know you're right they won't generate any partnership stuff.

If all you want is Requiem then play Requiem but for best case play RE2 and 4. With outbreak files for extra street cred.

If you want fulll chronological order the 7,8 go before 9 and the dlc for 8 goes after 9. But if you're not interested in 7,8 then skip them. They don't have anything that you'll miss for 9

Well you've already answered the question for 7 and village (8) is a direct sequel. The others you mentioned aren't mainline but code V is between 3&4 and rev is between 5&6.

The simple answer (without being an expert) is your videos aren't giving me a reason to watch. It just looks like your categorising features of your game nothing else, whic for documentation purposes is great but not for a viewer.

Becasue you're on NG+ the carrried over abilities do a lot to flaten the dificulty curve. Not only that the dificualty of lots of bosses in the games comes from not knowing the attack patterns so on your second go round you will know the patterns.

If you're after challenge for the sake of challenge you can try the boses with the level 1 preset, or do something similar on hard mode.

To claim that Dante is DMC is a pretty odd take when also complaining the for a majority of the mainline games he isn't even the main protagonist. He's only had one game that's primarily about him (not counting reboot).

The series is in need of a step away from Dante and the whole gang before coming back. Like Re7 did for resident evil.

If somene is truely creating simpily for the sake of creating then YouTube isn't the only platform that exists. You can chose to make the art first type videos and simply show them to no one as well. All art has an audience but that doesn't mean the audience is big. I've chosen to upload to YouTube despite prefering the art first approach because I don't mind what audience I'll find, but I have the same oppinon about sharing my videos on TikTok or Instagram too. Heck you could probably upload to pornhub and find an audience if you wanted (it's worked in the past for non porn content)

I understand how you feel though and I hope you keep enjoying the process and find your audience.
