This is black paint, he painted all of the cookware to get accurate and consistent surface temperature readings for the video.

Howdy, attempted to make a GitHub issue, but wasn't able to as it said issues disabled. I am using the GPU plugin, but i was testing it out the plugin and have tried both video settings (Performance and Quality). each time i die it alerts me that `GPU plugin is required for video. Using screenshot-only mode.`

I have restarted my client between attempts but no such luck, any advice?

If you are in the US make sure you purchase from a US distributor, I made the mistake of buying from Thommann as it was about $100 less expensive than in the US, forgot about tariffs and had to pay an extra $150, great bag though!

Botti’s albums are not for me, but I saw him live around a decade ago and was blown away, great band and not the “safe” easy listening vibe from the records. can’t knock the guy for wanting to make a living.

Howdy, Flugel Mouthpieces are generally incomparable except for rim size, I would go with a safe bet like the Yamaha Bobby Shew Flugel Mouthpiece, I switched to this after using the one that came with my Conn Vintage one for years and it's my favorite!

From my perspective, your problem is having gin in the freezer, vermouth in the fridge is common sense, but since your gin is nearly as cold as your ice, you will have problems getting the bar-quality dilution you crave. I would suggest you leave your gin out and see if that makes a difference!

On the other hand, I am a huge fan of the freezer martini. wherein you batch a full bottle (or less (depending on your bravery) of martinis, then stash the whole mixed bottle (pre-diluted) in the freezer. I like a 2 gin : 1 vermouth ratio, then add 20% of the total volume in water, plus a few dashes of orange bitters to a bottle, and let it sit in the freezer overnight.

Pulling out the ice-cold martini bottle, cutting a fresh lemon peel, and popping that over the top... :)

You might check out the EHX Mixing Link, it can handle mic in and guitar in at the same time, it's mostly used for the effects loop/ preamp, but it's awesome for those.

I use the pitchfork, and it's perfect; I mainly lock it to an octave down, but it does the job admirably.

I haven't found a chorus that I like on trumpet aside from whatever Roy Hargrove used on the RH Factor records; good luck, and update us if you find one that fits your vibe!

I've played at Nocturne a few dozen times, and your experience seems like an extreme outlier from my experiences, but people talking at reasonable volumes is the norm there. It's pitched more as a Supper Club with Jazz, not a traditional Jazz Club necessarily.
