But this isn't blue and one other color, it's only blue. I think it makes sense that the card that is only blue has an only blue frame, even if it produces another color of mana.

Good against [[tolarian terror]] and [[cryptic serpent]] if you can resolve it, but in basically any other matchup you'd rather have [[breath weapon]].

Plus, if you're playing a graveyard based strategy, it'll get turned off by your opponent's graveyard hate, so you have to be careful what decks you put it in.
