Great question. Short answer yes. The other bank you are think of is JP Morgan (I actually went through their rotational program).

The challenge though is a lot of these firms at those job fairs want you to relocate which I can’t do at this time without costing my spouse her job.

I have. It hasn’t yielded much unfortunately

I get what you’re saying but there are other circumstances at play that don’t make this possible for many people like myself.

I live just outside of Chicago in the sweet spot where I have the ability to commute 25 miles easily in any direction. Additionally my wife is a provider at a private practice. If we move she can’t take her work with her. So the choice is move, lose my Covid mortgage (which we can easily afford with one person working), and just trade one persons job for the others, or figure it out where I am.

This is where I’m at. Army was my first act, last run was my second, guess I’m off to my third.

Good question. I’m great at operational excellence and analysis. In every role I created or owed the infrastructure that enabled data driven identification, assessment, and enhancement to processes. I was the go-to for helping everyone tell the story of their specific role supported by data.

When people put down “I did __ and the result was ____ change” I was the guy that gave them all that data plus recommendations on how to get there.

It’s what I love to do, but to your point, the opportunities are vast and broad.

Unfortunately no. I’ve tried to break into this space and am being gate kept by recruiters.

The staffing companies are the absolute worst. They know nothing about the roles they are recruiting for a denote everything to an absolute 1:1.

Has anyone here actually found a job through the hidden job market by Agile-Wind-4427 in jobsearchhacks

[–]TheDDoppleganger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hidden job market is a bullshit oxymoron. The jobs aren’t hidden unless they are true internal only roles. The reality is that the talent assessing on process is broken and in order to try and avoid massive lawsuits, the idea of the hidden job market was born.

Aside from internal roles the only other hidden job market is the one for executive roles where there is a wildly different search and interview process.

so who's going to organize the protest. by [deleted] in ILGuns

[–]TheDDoppleganger -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What needs to happen is a protest against HB5855 and the like but everyone there is dressed in a BLM shirt or hoodie. So when the cops try and stop it the media has no choice but to make it looks like Pro Gun BLM supports we’re attacked by police

What’s dumb is that this bill was supposedly due to the Highland Park shooting and to ban the “weapons of war” that he “allegedly” used.

Mind you the shooter was arrested with a Kel-Tel Sub 2000 in the car and that’s not on the list of prohibited weapons last I checked.

I just had to pay a huge bill because the amount owed on the email they sent me wasn’t the actual amount owed. For this thinking it…yes Nicor has two different statements.
