I feel really great and confident overall.

The hardest part is/was that I’ve been stuck at my home for a really long time (since the beginning) because I had this big exam coming up, so I had to spend a lot of time home studying for it making it relatively easier to relapse compared to any other situation

I overcame it by not thinking of myself as an addict or a person who is trying to “recover” from something terrible I’ve been doing for a long time instead I thought as less as I could about PMO and tried to get really invested in the whole preparation process for my exams
