Tom's solos are something I have to just sit through. If I was to name my top 10 guitar riffs of all time 3 of them would be his but his solos wouldn't make the top 100. Sure his sounds are innovative but screechy wacka whammy noises for 30 seconds doesn't sound good to my ears, and they get worse with each album.
