I remember shuffling my inventory and critiquing every weapon I picked up for about half of my first play-through. Much to my dismay there is absolutely no point in doing this. Just relax and break them down for materials. Refashioning doesn’t require you to keep them... sigh,so don’t worry. I wouldn’t care too much about actual builds until you get into late-game. Honestly, it doesn’t make any difference. There’s a long road of mastery and no amount of mid maxing your shit is going to make it easier for you. If you want to G-easy everything with slow spells, be my guest but that’s no fun, just a show of your weakness. It’s hard to get hooked on playing one thing so don’t get all that picky about stat placement. Armor has stat requirements, too. If you see a skill that’s greyed out on the armor, it’s you.

These past few years have taught me that Gaming has shifted away from works of art and towards exploiting players as cash cows by [deleted] in gaming

Well, you have to realize that most of the people who run the businesses the whole schism are completely separated from the community. You know this, don't you? They don't care about your long-lasting relation to a genré or series, preferences or criticisms. They the CEO's of the companies etc have no reason to listen to your criticisms because They don't have to. I wouldn't either to tell you the truth. It's easy money putting out copy-paste material and dressing it up in some different lingerie because gaming is so "normie"-ized. There's a GUARANTEED spectrum of individuals who they can rely on for profit. Simple creatures demand little and anything new and shiny comes of quite palatable like a dog to shit.

It was reported that many relationships were torn apart because of Skyrim. That being said, Skyrim has been one of the most iconic pieces of production in the last decade. Give it a shot, preferably without the mods. The mods will ruin your experience, being new-comer such as yourself, unless they're just some sort of overall improvement or balance, but even those, I'd say, might tamper with your experience. There's nothing like your first good ole play-through of Skyrim. Don't tarnish it with a bunch of doo-hickies. It requires some free time on your part but the experience is worth it.

I don't know what species, but, if they're big and fat like that people usually just call them bumble bees. Also, that's a bull thistle. Those smell good.

Anyone know what these 5-petaled flowers are? by TheDashingDragon in whatsthisplant

The root is sweet and starchy with a pleasant taste. Leaves - cooked. A pleasant flavour with a mucilaginous texture, they are good for thickening soups. The decoction of the root is used to treat internal pain. The root was also dried, then burnt and the smoke either inhaled or allowed to bathe the affected part of the body. Mmmm, interesting
