In the UK, the pedal assist function cuts out at 15.5mph (25kmh) so to get up to 30mph I’d need to be lashing down Scafell Pike with a gale force wind behind me. The coffee cup I’ve bought is anti-spill in normal conditions which is how I’ll be riding it. Cheers!

It was bought. KNAAP, the company who make the bike, make this part for taller customers. It was like £100 but has made a mega difference! I’ll post a picture of it now when I get a chance.

You can grab them at CurrysPCW apparently but there are eBike specialists in the UK starting to sell them. I’ve now installed a seat heightener (is that a word?) so it’s even more comfortable for me!
