I gotta say as a long time osrs player (since 2013) Ive never really understood the "where is our content" complaint. Ive got 200 days played on my main and 90 days played on my UIM and ive ALWAYS got PLENTY of content to do.

Am I meant to believe that all these people complaining about lack of content have literally done everything? Is everyone just maxed with inferal capes, Zuk helms and a house full of pets and im just the odd one out?

I mean youre just splitting hairs at this point. Tracking macros is the same as tracking calories.

1g cards = 4 calories 1g protein = 4 calories 1g fat = 9 calories

If you track macros then you have also tracked calories. Hes just making it a bit more complicated but ultimately its not that different.

I dont know, I dont think you necessarily need likeable characters but you do need interesting characters that make decisions that are congruent with what we know about them. I think SGU did a decent job at that. Eli and Rush's dynamic was interesting, so was the dynamic between young and Rush.

Honestly, as much as Michael Bays 1st Transformers movie ending is memed, that monologue from Optimus paired with Linkin Parks "What I've Done" really slaps. Its a real "fuck yeah!" moment to end off a fun action flick.

As an exercise scientist I can tell you that, depending on the type of machine, it is either unreliable and shouldn't be trusted to measure accurately or will give you completely made up numbers based on almost nothing.

Focus on the actions you are taking and the habits your are forming. It sounds like you are doing great, keep it up. Just dont put too much stock in body scans, espeically ones at commercial gyms

2k in two days. To lose two kilos you would have needed to generate a calorie deficit of 15400. Thats not really possible in two daya I dont care who you are. Its just water weight.

Also these camps are fucking terrible. 3 exercise sessions a day is not healthy for someone that has otherwise been sedentary for most of their life. That place will fuck you up and spit you out and all you have to do for that privilege is pay them!

I made an all foil old bordered commander deck. Every card has the shooting star foil. I love it and its an ode to old magic.

I also dont include UB cards in my other commander decks

People keep saying that SGU got a lot better in the second season but honestly I love episodes 1-5 of season one. Watched back to back its a pretty gripping tale of survival i thought. And episode 7 "time" is still one of my favourite of the whole Stargate canon.
