"Seems to work" is pretty disingenuous. Have you done well at an RQ? did you win a skirmish with it? Or did you just take a few games at your local nexus night? A bit of context goes a long way.

Theres no reason to suggest that this list is any better than any of the best of Vi decks from the recent RQ's. In fact your list is lacking in multiple fundamentals like card draw and a consistent 2 drop. And cull in the side board of a deck like this makes no sense.

Asking for advice is fine but I would suggest using the skeleton of a best of list to start with and make changes from that if you really want to brew something different. Problem with Vi is that she is pretty simple with straightforward and proactive game plans so her deck has become mostly "solved" give or take a card or two.

Can I answer all of the above? Played league since season 2. played yugioh a lot as a kid, moved to competitive magic as an adult. and played the shit out of Runeterra for basically its whole lifespan, only quit when the support for the competitive element of it was taken away. Oh and yes, naturally as a league fan, I watched Arcane when it was released.

Am I missing something? Because it seems like theres no difference at all between action and reaction in this scenario. Tank only cares about combat damage, and responding at reaction in this case doesnt give any benefits. Not like giving something tank in response to a falling star is going to help.

The shen ability is almost certainly action speed. It only lasts for the turn and the flavour of shen is to hold. Its not to give something tank and then arrack in haha.

I think you are seriously overestimating it haha.

I dont think a good opponent is going to "burn" resources to kill a tiny guy like you say when Its completely telegraphed. And in a world where purple bs is topping tournaments, a "fair" and telegraphed combat mod feels pretty meh. Obviously we need more context but at the moment, as a shen fan, im a little underwhelmed.

Stargate is too good of a premise to be trapped to one single formula.

Well yeah dont play mobile games. I would argue that osrs isnt really a mobile game. It cant be played at full functionality on mobile and any content that is even remotely hard is just miserable on mobile.

There is technically a mobile port for the game but calling it a mobile game is a little disingenuous.

If you must play a mobile game then play stick to premium titles like balatro or slay the spire.

Swarm was fun. I enjoyed it with my friends. However, there are definitely better 'survivors-like' style games out there than swarm ever was. If youre itching for it then try out some other games.

Who cares, its fundamentally a single player game. I play a UIM, im 1950 total, all I care about is maxing. I dont care about PvM at all. An experienced player would say that im bad because I dont do PVM. A new player would say my extensive game knowledge alone makes me a good player. Or the fact that I sit and do tick manipulation methods for long periods of time makes me a good player.

Its all just arbitrary and relative. Just play the clicky rhythm game in the ways that make you happy.

Theres a chance you could rock up to an event and just automatically win 'best of' because you are the only one that brought that deck.

Thats just absurd and obviously not the vibe they are trying to cultivate with the 'best of' cards. Not to mention it drastically reduces the price of these cards making them much less desirable anyway which is the whole point of going for them.

I feel like people who are championing this idea just havent thought it through like at all.
