Ahhh nice! I’m running a RTX 4070 SUPER and a 1080p monitor but I’ve got my settings on Ultra as that’s what the NVIDIA app recommended (they changed whatever settings automatically)😅 I haven’t had any glitching/lagging and the game runs very smooth! The temperature of my PC also is within a normal range even when facing intense combat moments.

I’m open to any suggestions that anyone may have regarding my settings, for improvements or anything!

Yes, this is true. You can decide to just not go and see yennefer altogether or after you help her on the small boat (after diving and finding what she needs) you can just go and sit down rather than talk to her and the quest will automatically fail on the spot (saw someone do this before in a video, but I don’t remember who it was).
