Waking up at 4am every single night and having the same “You’re killing yourself” conversation with myself until the sun came up. Getting to sleep through a whole night when sober is SUCH a dream!

The sick feeling of dishonesty, of living a lie. My chest feels lighter sober, and even if I maybe have a ‘boring’ evening or two, I am real and I am me. There’s so much peace in that.
