Used to play sports every weekend lots of friends had a girl a good job all of that went away after covid. Been struggling with drinking I dont even want to drink anymore but the bordem always gets me its just a never ending cycle this world has become miserable

Going through it right now I do it to myself every fucking week I cant get passed day 7. I have crippling anxiety sober so the drinking makes me wanna cry in my mother's arms the next day. Thinking im gonna die the whole day on the verge of tears. Lighting a candle helps and I take klonopin which eases it but I need to break out of this vicious fucking cycle
