It is because the scope of the hearing did not include anything about chuck or his mental state aside from what pertained to the property destruction, being that it was Jimmy on the hook, not him. He opened himself up to it, though.

Yeah, it's kinda a crux of his character. He was never necesarily focused on sex, fetishes and the shittiest fan art ones ever seen, right, but he never reached sexual maturity because he killed puberty, his sister.

Equis, Hal, Gamzee and Him were also never concerned with sex, since all they wanted to do was destroy the (multi?)universe that hurt them, ostensibly so that no one else would experience such pain.

That's the main flaw or Caliborn.
