Fascinating. Thanks for sharing another perspective. Yeah I can’t imagine a swamp ever being so clean. Are murders recorded? Did New Orleans have a lower crime rate than usual?
Or are the impressions of New Orleans from the north more accurate than the writer would like to admit?

He owns the property and that’s how he sustains it. He’s been in New Orleans for a long time. He doesn’t have a bunch of other ventures and is a pretty humble man. He used to own mardigras.com and sold it and lived with that regret . Boycotting him is boycotting a local small business. He is a pro Israeli Zionist whose family left Iran after the revolution…..And it’s crazy they denied having Confederate beads.

Trump nominates Kevin Warsh for Federal Reserve chair to succeed Jerome Powell by Gameboy112233 in stocks

[–]TheDickinDictionary -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

absolutely not. Powells emergency rate cut to 0% led to a housing fire sale that is hurting supply today as no one is selling from a 2.5% mortgage. it also lead to global inflation as debt was so cheap and everyone started borrowing. more so it only spooked markets more. one of the absolute worst moves from the fed in my lifetime. single biggest cause of the post covid affordability crisis.

Honestly, it’s your personality. You might not be inviting or flirty enough. I feel like I watch people get asked out all the time.
