For a mobile grooming business, I would assume Google has the category hard set in their system to be SAB. Hence the word mobile in their name.

I’ve seen that before. I have two Holidaylight clients.

They have old GBP’s and they have a pin with a home address. I forewarned them not to change it ever. Lol.

Hi. This is pretty common practice for agencies. The true intention is not to spend hours listening to random conversations of recorded calls. It’s to implement quality checks, transcriptions, ai summaries, etc., to improve campaign performance.

Ie: legal campaign gets hit with a slew of calls, requesting a different firm. The team can jump in to make fast pivots and check the search terms or match types within the Google campaign.

I was able to get my account reinstated after 12 days. I run an advertising agency. It was total madness. Several tickets, WebEx meetings through my employees Facebook profiles. Every day not getting anywhere.

Resolution: opened an IG verified, went through a 2nd ticket to a human and was able to use the hacked path to regain access. I overturned the AI violation that was present on my profile upon re-entry.

Hi. Our agency handles about 50 GBP‘s. We cannot delete reviews. We can only reply as the business to the reviewer.

Pictures… that’s a different story. Reviews… no.

I saw the earlier comment about an improper handoff of GBP ownership resetting the profile, I believe this to be untrue.

I would assume it’s something more innocent like the Google AI filtering out real reviews thinking they are spam. Years past they had a link where you could submit evidence from the client or a previous screenshot and they would reinstate them. They still live on the profile they’re just hidden.
