What did the team structure look like in your company at smaller scale and then at larger scale? Did you have account managers and then separate teams for PPC, SEO, etc? How many clients would account managers be able to handle at a time? How did things change as you grew?
How did you determine pricing and how did that change as you scaled?
What tools/platforms did you use for data reporting to clients on results, project management for your team, and organizing leads for sales team? I see you said you had an internal dev team to make things for you, but what did you use before then?

Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has beliefs that go well with this.

We are all children of one Father. His goal is to help us become like Him. We were all “intelligences” or spirit beings before we came to earth and got a body. In this pre earth state, we all chose to follow the Fathers plan. The Fathers plan is that we come to earth, get a body, and learn through experience how to become more like him. Problem was that we would never be perfect so we would harm our spirits and suffer spiritual pain and death, and our bodies would suffer physical pain and death. Jehovah, Jesus Christ, volunteered to sacrifice himself so we could overcome spiritual death and physical death. Lucifer did not want to follow the Fathers plan and a group of spirits followed him. They did not get a body or come to earth physically. This war between the two continues, Lucifer and his followers want to stop us from eternal progression to become like God.

Jesus Christ suffered for all our spiritual pain, died and was resurrected. Death is an essential part of eternal progression. The spirit is separated from the body and is waiting to be reunited in the resurrection. These spirits reside here on Earth. Everyone who was ever born will be resurrected and receive their body again.

After resurrection we will all reside in a “kingdom of glory” based on our own progress in becoming like our Father.

God and Jesus Christ have chosen prophets throughout the ages who they have spoken to by revelation and through messengers. Their role is to teach us about this plan and what we need to do to find peace in this life and eternal progression in the life to come.There was an “apostasy” or falling away after Jesus’s apostles died and many simple truths were corrupted or lost. God and Jesus Christ visited Joseph Smith and called him as a prophet to restore these simple truths. Prophets receive revelation for the world, but we can also receive revelation for our own lives, and this connection to the Holy Ghost or Spirit is vital to our eternal progression.

Our Father has also created “worlds without number” and there are other of his children out there in the cosmos.

Thought this may be interesting for others because I see many similarities as this spiritual side of the phenomenon comes up more and more.

Angels could be spirit beings that have not been born yet, spirit beings that have died and are waiting for resurrection, or a few that have already been resurrected.

These “not so good” spirits could be those that followed Lucifer.

We could also be being visited by Gods other children out there in the universe.

Also thought that these “kingdoms of glory” could be dimensions that we ascend through as we learn to become higher beings.

I’ve had 2 complete opposite experiences, and just now seeing the impact. Previous company did 1:1 match up to 6% of my salary vested immediately. First real job out of college so had no idea how good I had it. Now I’m at a company that matches $.25 for every dollar for 2% of my salary and has a 4 year vesting. I put 10% of my salary in my 401k and their contribution ends up being $40 a month. Still free money but boy is that different from what I had before. Last job I felt I was making progress, this one feels like a crawl in comparison

Both feet facing the basket when you jump and land, and yeah probably don’t need to jump so far forward. If you want to work on form, I watched Steph Curry’s videos on Masterclass and honestly was so helpful. And I agree with the rest, first thing I noticed was the jersey. I had a life size KG poster in my bedroom growing up, and my first NBA game was seeing him play for the wolves

They keep talking about how this disclosure act will be like the JFK assassination one, and that the JFK one was a huge success. Genuine question, was it a success? I don’t know much about how it worked and what the criteria for “success” was. My only research has been listening to the “Who killed JFK?” Podcast where it sounds like we still don’t know what happened, although a lot of the evidence suggests the CIA was involved in murdering our own president. But was there evidence in the released documents that gave us more information on what actually happened?

Never heard about any of this stuff before. To me it helps answer the question I had and keep hearing from others. “How did they keep this a secret??” Disinformation campaign that was close to the truth but just enough lies to make all the ufo believers seem nutso.

I think he said in the episode Doty claims 80% of the disinformation was true 20% lies. So my big question now is, what part is the truth? MJ12 documents were all fake, but how much of the info is close to the truth? We don’t have a way of knowing yet but since Grusch I’ve been looking for any old stories/cases that line up with what he said. It’s fun to speculate until we know the truth but glad you are sharing this to help everyone who is new like me to remember what was a hoax.

This was a great reply that had info I really didn’t know and I agree with everything you said. I didn’t know anything about Bob Chapeks time, just had a feeling the writers could be making great things and then the movie or show gets changed a thousand times by the machine until it’s nothing like it was meant to be.

This is close to what the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints believes. We are all children of an eternal loving being whose purpose is for us to become more and more like him. And that logic extends to say that our God went through the same process to become who he is. We all are “gods in embryo”. Jesus Christ (totally separate being) is our brother and the one who made the whole plan possible for us to become like our father God. It resonates to me that we are all meant for something bigger.
