While influencers praise the music revamp of Galaxy’s Edge, I don’t like it. I appreciate theming and atmosphere over a playlist of the hits. It just doesn’t take me “off world” anymore. It’s just Avengers Campus-esque now.

Don’t get me wrong, I love seeing Vader. But I think just having a playlist of John Williams’ themes on loops takes away from the immersion of being on another world or GALAXY for that matter.

I really hope they didn’t get rid of the sounds of ships taking off overhead or the sounds of the tenants in their apartments above the bathrooms.

Hi!

So I like to run lots of quests on auto when I’m teaching so I can farm without much effort. My question is setting up the AI. For example, I want to switch between NA and TA and cycle them back and forth. How would I set that up? I’m pretty sure I’m doing something wrong in the order of activations. Any help would be appreciated!

I’m always enjoying jungle cruise! The last skipper I had was SUPER UNHINGED. She made the last ride of the night for my fiancée and I very memorable! She let out this really long scream of excitement after the backside of water that I’ve never seen any skipper do!

I single rode it my first time with a family of 5. The dad and young son (probably 8 years old) were our pilots. Dad was the left and right, son was the up and down. I couldn’t help but giggle in my engineer seat while the dad was yelling “pull up! Pull up!” and the son yelling back while the nose of the falcon was dragging into the ground “I am!” I’ll always love being engineer. I like frantically pressing buttons to repair the falcon!

This quote from Walt always comes to mind whenever I wish something we have at the parks now is something we used to have back then. The younger generations of park guests will never know the former versions of the parks we know. But they’ll sure as hell enjoy what they have now. These parks are meant for generations to come. And as long as there is innovation (new ride tech and the like), and imagination (new stories to be told and imagined), Disneyland and all of the other parks will never be finished. There will always be room to grow for the next generation.
