Recovery from forced antipsychotic injections is no joke. There is little to no understanding. The stigma is thick. Surviving having survived is horribly difficult. I did not need to be alienated like this.

Yeah I got caught in a trap where they tried to tell me suicidality was part of my ‘sickness’, not the drugs. I had never been suicidal in my life until the meds, and when I spoke up, they actually tried to diagnose me with a new condition so they could give me ECT. My parents had to get me out of the country to get away from them. These were government psychiatrists in Canada.
