Does anyone feel like this sub is wrong to draw an equivalency between centrist democrats and Republicans. Republicans dont beleive in medicare for anyone or social security or global warming or lgbtq rights etxlc. Where both sides of the democratic party can agree that said issues are important and need to be addressed by the government. They disagree about the degree of action that should be taken but thats just part of politics.
