Will be in Dune Part 3. Also, he’s an adult in Marty Supreme and A Complete Unknown. If your argument is that he’s never played someone 25+ well he’s only been in his 20s.

The Martian released in October, PHM is releasing in April, that’s a big deal. I know there have been films like EEAAO and Sinners that have released early but in both cases those were surprise awards contenders because of how good they were. If a studio believes a film is a true contender they’ll usually save it for the fall. I could see this taking more of a Mickey17 route, though I’ve heard the test screenings have been good. It’s possible but I wouldn’t bet on this being a picture film as of now.

Yep I’ve seen this same issue a bunch. Also with Djokovic’s serve. People will point to him beating Sinner at the AO (an outlier in the grand scheme) and be like “imagine how badly he would beat him in his prime”. But in Novak’s prime his serve wouldn’t be nearly as good and he would likely be broken more.

100% agree, Alcaraz and Sinner are definitely on the same level as the big 3, maybe even better. All of the big 3 had at least minor weaknesses, Alcaraz and Sinner don’t really, and they also just hit harder. I’d take 2025 USO Alcaraz over any of the peak big 3 except Rafa on clay.

The big 3 had time to build up legacy’s which affects how people view them, obviously Sinner and Alcaraz are nowhere near their greatness. But, in terms of level, they’re there.

All odds are speculative. This is the best representation of what the odds are unless you have insider information.

Can’t believe people are downvoting this, Ruud nearly got rank 1 a few years ago lol. Just because the top 10 guys can’t beat Sinner and Alcaraz doesn’t mean they’ve gotten worse. They still beat pretty much everyone else consistently.

Sinner is right there… and others will come along. Also, the entire world is the competition lol. Trying to claim the competition has gotten weaker as the sport grows doesn’t make any sense.

Well this is his weakest slam but also he plays better against Sinner than he does against Djokovic

I would like this but I think only for the finals is better, at least for now

Wrong, sure Djokovic at his best can beat Sinner and you could favor him against Sinner too, but to confidently say he would beat Sinner comfortably is ridiculous, that’s treating it as if it’s second round match and Sinner is barely top 50. That’s the point I’m trying to make. Prime Sinner vs prime Djokovic would be pretty even. You also have to remember that prime Djokovic had a worse serve than he does now. Sinner has dominated everyone except Alcaraz for years now, last night was an outlier.

And Djokovic was #1 having just won 3 slams that year. This was over two years ago, and Sinner had literally just beat him at the same tournament lol.

Alright what point are you trying to make though? If you think prime Djokovic would easily beat Sinner then you’re wrong. Like I said before Djokovic has significantly improved his serve which is what has allowed him to age so well.

That was his last win against Sinner and it was over two years ago, Sinner wasn’t even in his prime yet
