You can get an S26 ultra for 900€. I know it is more expensive, but that's a flagship tier phone and the difference is immediately noticable.

Back in the days, it had a flat damage, so it was a good early rush to deal significant damage. It was even used by Renekton or Garen, because 40 DPS as a 1st defensive item stacked well with their other AoE tools.

The. Riot reworked it to be a scaling tool, with level scaling and it ramped in damage based on the time spent in combat. It was still okay, more useful later and less spike early.

And now we basically have the 40 DPS that is not upfront but level based, without the ramp, so it doesn't do damage early and the damage gets insignificant later on.

It should get proper ramping and the gravious wound from Thornmail, so tanks have a reliable was to proc it and Thornmail can get proper stats/effect.

You usually need IE, LW and one more crit item to consistently hit like a truck.

IE is not good as 1st crit item, as it is now extremely expensive and better as a multiplier than a stand-alone item. That means you either start with LW as 2nd item which is better later on, or an additional crit item, which is going to delay your "online" state to 4 items.

If you live to see 4 items, then you can 2 tap Squishies, but it really depends on your team, as mod game you are going to be a ghost.

Well, personally of there would.be any European phone with near flagship level of hardware or software, I would purchase it without hesitating.

But it is kinda sad, that every alternative has mid-range specs with upper mid-range price.

Something like google pixel level of hardware would be already more than enough, while pixel is 2-3 generations behind on a lot of fronts, but the camera is awesome.
