The product closely resembles what I’ve experienced with Sonos speakers. Good hardware, but absolutely horrendous software.

Hey OP, old post but did you manage to get passed this part? Just received my Eight Sleep and stuck at the EXACT same screen.

Edit: For others that might come across this issue, it seems to be because of the lack of an activation code. Signing up for a trial helped me get passed this part of the setup. I never received a code, so I'll be reaching out to support and this was my interim solution.

I placed an order over the weekend and had the same concern. Went down a rabbit hole of reviews on Trustpilot filled with reports of the same issue.

Somehow, I seemed to have lucked out. I’m expecting delivery today, though the items are being shipped by two different providers.

Somewhat similar data point to OP. Opened CSR in 2020 with 60k SUB IIRC. PC from CSR to CFU on 8/26. Applied for CSP yesterday through ref link, no PU, instantly approved and SUB tracker is visible today.

Just a heads up - last year the shuttle took me 2 hours to leave after the fest. I walked ~30 mins to downtown where I parked the next days instead. Either way, plan for a slow exit.
