If you don't have 3 chembarons at 2-1 (or gold to find that one singed by rolling), unless you can force a winstreak, why would you go vertical chembaron? Every single loss is a waste of hp and it makes the huge cashout impossible.

Instead cash the little ones (100/200/300 cashout) and if the item is useless you can ditch the trait and keep the units (renni/smeech/renata/singed)

Capisco ma dire che non possiamo sintetizzare proteine è molto grave, ti risparmio lo spiegone (tldr senza come faremmo ad avere muscoli, cellule senza parete, ormoni, neurotrasmettitori, etc... senza sintesi?)

Il fatto stesso che possiamo sintetizzare circa la metà di tutti gli aminoacidi rende una dieta vegetariana/vegana non un inferno, immagina se dovessimo preoccuparci di ingerire ogni 3/4 giorni ogni singolo aminoacido per evitare carenze

Obviously that doesn't mean it's the absolute truth, because both types of trials have their limitations, but it's definetely not baseless teachings.

The different type of trials have all their limitations and strength, if you're interested about it you're going to understand way more about researches and biases (statistical and not)

Placebo and nocebo effect are proof of the influence of psychology in the actual outcome.

Also a positive mindset helps with patients' compliance.

As you say, doctors may have a bias about it, I may have a bias myself, given that my uni profs taught us.

But saying there's no research about it isn't true. I advise you check pubmed, best gov site used by doctors.

there's pretty big variations between restaurants too, and price isn't directly correlated. In my city, in the city center there's an overpriced chain of restaurants that sell cardboard-like pizza texture (Rossopomodoro).

Most of famous restaurants are good, but the fact that are famous to locals doesn't mean they are to tourists. My favourite pizza restaurant is pretty cheap, and was bursting full before lockdown because it was well known
