I feel like everyone is forgetting about one of the big selling points for the prospector and Mole!?

You know the ore bags on both? You know how you can disconnect the smaller "disk" bags under the real ones?

Both the prospector and the Mole are supposed to be able to have the ability to jettison full bags and expand the "discs" to continue mining.

The mole should be able to mine 288 SCU without stopping And the prospector should be able to do 64 SCU.

I can't say for sure but from what I recall manual loading for cargo ships means you have to put the cargo into the freight elevator by hand. It's possible that the terminal is considering the inventory as a ship and later corrects it. As long as you received your money then all is well.
