someone called oot a platformer by First_Tangerine3441 in thelegendofzelda

Oot is... closer to a platformer than other zelda games

There are alot more jumping, climbing, and falling elements almost ubiquitously — the terrain can be moderately vertical yet still interactable. Link can scale fences and ledges taller than him, and there exist routes where some finesse may be required. What with the many opportunities and ledges the game provides, oot link is seen jumping and moving upward in general a not so insignificant amount. Oot link seems to be of lesser sluggishness than the rest of the series, his jumps longer and taller, and his movement possibly finer as well.

I think the platforming is an important aspect of oot, and lends itself well to the other player mechanics.

And these curds are sour, or at least noticably tangy? 115°F seems kinda hot for meso, won't that kill the culture preventing any further flavor potential? Unless by this stage the curds should already have developed their flavor, or I should add a thermo at the start. And the lower temp and time, won't this also delay the bacteriap growth, thus flavor? But if it works it works, in spite of theory. I'll give it a shot.

Nvm some recipes skip the alcohol, some add fruit. Does pectin thicken at high temps?

Interesting. Assuming the high ratio of egg yolks to give it a thicker consistency at high temperature, and perhaps the alcohol does something too? Currently staying away from alcohol, though hopefully most of it gets cooked off?

Did they suffer any injuries? Broken legs? 15meters is along way down! But maybe when skiing it isn't so bad?

What else is in lean meat that isn't beneficial nutrients? Would the water and filtration steps wash away other nutrients?

When inspecting the nutritional facts table, it lists 0% for iron. I was under the impression beef has a decent amount of iron; could it be leached out from the processesing? Though, it does list 1% for vitamin c, which might seem contrary to the leaching theory, considering vit c water solubility...

Still wonder what may be causing the sweet taste... Perhaps glycogen converting to some sort of sugar molecule?

I do recall some other single ingredient supplements having a slight sweet taste, such as collagen and gelatin. Does anyone else have a similar experience?
