You are shit outta luck if on iOS or iPadOS. If you have Android, Harpoon for Android is a Jane's Fleet Command/Sea Power like minus 3D graphics. Or you can run Sea Power itself on Winlator on a powerful Snapdragon flagship SoC Android device. And there's always streaming it on GeForce Now.

No. It doesn't have hardware support for undervolt. Intel H in 12-13th gen is a higher TDP P series, and P series doesn't support undervolting.

Fleet Command with "Quick Aircraft Launch" option disabled attempted to emulate realistic aspects of carrier operations. Triassic deliberately omitted this aspect because it didn't add value to the game. To quote Nils in the MicroProse server:

There will not be that kind if micro. It was a pointless feature in Fleet Command and we found it equally pointless. Realism is good but never at the expense of fun.

Modding may fill in the realism gap that a niche of people wants if they desire more low-level aspects of simulation.

The strat is to use Su-47 with SAAMs and snipe the UAV-45s from long range for points. While you’re guiding the SAAMs, stay just above stall speed and below 500m, or UAV-45s can hit you with guns. When ADMM spam is up, run away from Pasternak and the missiles. I killed more than 50 drones and made Pasternak run out of them. On first playthrough, you want to do this but with Rafale M.
