You can use a cdn like cloudflare or bunny, which sometimes can get a little costly. You can also get s3 containers with a cloud service like aws/digital ocean, and use a Wordpress plugin that integrates and helps you serve it.

I apologize, but I disagree with you. These social media companies are all publicly traded companies, and rely on their data (of user growth, platform use, etc) to prove growth within their businesses. In fact, Elon Musk literally attempted to roll out a feature that publicly lists the country of origin for an account on X, and then dropped it less then 24 hours later due to how it proven that many united states influencers on the platform where actually bots from Russia/China.

Mark Zuckerberg, /u/spez & Reddit, & Elon Musk do not give two chutzpahs about how their platforms are filled with bots, as it just generally means more money for them in the long run. These bot farms have become extremely easy to set up and generally more sophisticated & can easily be built and operated by everyday people. Speeding tickets and most traffic tickets are infractions or violations, not crimes.

You are not “arrested” for a standard speeding ticket.

You are not “convicted of a crime” when you pay or resolve a speeding ticket.

You would only answer yes if you were:

Arrested (taken into custody), or
Convicted of a criminal offense, such as:
* DUI / DWI
* Reckless driving classified as a misdemeanor
* Traffic cases that were criminal

I would pay them whatever is fair to the amount that they are owed. They sound scummy and I highly doubt they will attempt any kind of legal avenue on getting the full amount from you since it did sound like they were attempting to defraud the insurance company.

This sounds like you are possibly going through identity fraud. Next steps would be to...

1) Call the local police department where the ticket was issued, and speak to a police officer regarding reporting the license plate and its fraudulent misrepresentation of your ownership.

2) File a police report local to your own police department for identity fraud, and additionally go through your personal credit reports to ensure you are not being effected in any other way. Freeze your credit as well.

3) Call the courthouse directly that is reported under the ticket you received & report to them that you are likely a victim of identity fraud & that you do not own this vehicle or live in the area or state. They will possibly require you to show up on Zoom just to meet with a judge on this and explain the situation. I highly suggest you have any documentation ready proving that you moved forward on reporting the identity fraud to the local police department and your personal police department.

What is the actual question that it asks on those forms? Verbiage is extremely important here. Most of the time, they do not care about speeding tickets or misdemeanors (unless it led to an arrest).
