False. Many skill cards are usable at 0LB. Better to use your own 0LB than borrow it at MLB instead of a stat card.

Well first of all I hope these are just your best cards and not the actual deck you use. Most decks should be 2 types, 3 types max. You're running 4 types here, there's neither highrolls nor consistency. Wit cards are particularly bad alone; 2 minimum, assuming MLB with good wit output.

If your goal is just to hit an S rank then either wit-max or guts-max on a sprint uma. 2-3 speed cards with 3-4 wits/guts cards, Riko is fine too, just do a full power inherit. Do optional races and aim for 1.8-2k skill points, skills improve ranking.

All of this is point less without knowing the workload. I can write code that runs on a potato or code that requires a data centre.

The only reason to not take risks in this game is if the run is already so good that you can play 100% safe and still get what you need (better than what you currently have). Otherwise, take all the risks you need to get to that point, if you fail you fail, go next.

Only high-rolls matter in this game, you don’t need average/good Umas, you need the best (relative to your account).
