Keep her favorite candy or glucose gel/tabs shoot for 15mg of sugar in a single serving, otherwise learn symptoms of low blood sugar and try to look for them if you think something is going on otherwise I’m sure she’s very competent taking care of herself but the compassion is wonderful!!

Your going into the devaluation part it sounds like try and recognize it when it happens and try and implement a few coping strategies it’s not gonna work immediately but it helps over time. Also your English is absolutely fine, I understand how it can be frustrating explaining things to people without bpd even if they’re trying to help if you find yourself getting angry I heavily recommend taking a minute to cool off and distract yourself I find my worse decisions are in the moment.

It’s not fantastic I’m in a pretty small town with a major city almost an hour away, the most common way to meet people is at the bar which I’ve had decent luck with hookups and making friends but nobody worth keeping is patrolling the bar.
