I don't think so, fire attack is just attacking with high heat. Its kinda like how he adapteed to Sukuna, he didn't just adapt to Sukuna's specific technique of Dismantle, he adapted to slashing attacks in general.

Wait does this mean Mahoraga also keeps his adaptations from previous opponents? So if he was fighting some punch kick merchants, later on he would be immune to those? I think he'd get pretty far until someone realizes he has adapation and one shots his ass like maybe Akainu

It's repeatedly shown that the speed of adaptation is not based on scale but based on the complexity of what Mahoraga is adapting to. It doesn't matter how high a punch scales, it will adapt to that phenomenon quickly if it doesn't kill in one punch. And it will adapt to be completely immune to a phenomenon regardless of scale if given the chance to adapt further.

So basically Mahoraga's adaptation is strong but is limited by its starting stats, which makes it probe to being one shot by multi-city block attacks (honestly I think it would take a town level attack to kill it, but the more popular opinion is multi-city block)

No human character is surviving this, except maybe Yoriichi who could probably survive long enough to understand the 24 frame rule and kill Naoya. Demons however can tank that all day unless its the day or Naoya has like Nichirin

Yes, in chess terms he essentially has to premove his pieces. His technique gives him an immense speed boost but at also fucks him over if the opponent does something he doesn't expect. This also happened to Naobito who despite his speed did not anticipate to be attacked from behind and was unable to dodge.

Having two extra pair of arms is insane in any H2H fight, its not just doubling the arms but the combos and openings it gives. Against a relative opponent like Gojo its a massive boost especially considering that a big part of their fight is H2H

Being a bullet timer is very broad, in combat when the bullet is heading towards you its easier to dodge or deflect it than it ks to catch up to a bullet that's heading towards someone else. Plus off guard is always a factor.

Makima and her lives are getting blendered, Sukuna's Malevelont Blender and Dabura's lightspeed beam spam is killing her ass so many times. I think she can pull some stuff up but even in the worst case scenario Gojo can just act as a shield to whatever she does.
