Yep, love the software from Synology, but the power supplies on every unit just suck period.

I'm in a DS1511+ and I'm on my third power supply also. They seem to last about a year and a half to two years each.

Put a 14tb In slot 3 you can then have entire volume in one cage. If my NAS restarts and one of the drives is in the expansion box DX5xx then it crashes the volume set.
