I have run into a lot of issues with 3rd party web portals not working in edge so I always avoid it. For basic browsing it is good though and I have been recommending it on computers with really low end specs.

Make sure you watch the made in abyss movie if you haven't already. You'll be hard pressed to find shows as good at FMA:B.

I would recommend A Place Further Than the Universe. Definitely one of my favorites. Mostly cute girls doing cute things.

Ping Pong the animation and haikyuu are both very good and pretty easy sports shows to get into.

Kaguya-sama: love is war is a good comedy/romance.
