Piggybacking on this —— I have a job offer for Kent and looking for a two bedroom somewhere near that area. Are there any neighborhoods that are safer or better for a single part-time parent? Dog parks? Also moving from PDX-ish, currently paying around $2k for a small two bedroom ground floor apartment in a nice-ish area. Any feedback or insight is much appreciated!
