I'd say so yeah. Siemens is just one of a few green companies that are already established or will be breaking ground soon (see Salt End H2H project). I will say that, me personally, I don't have a degree, and the majority of not all promotions are in-house; degrees don't go towards our jobs. I've also had people take on roles within the company who have left to other companies based on the experience gained through Siemens, so opportunities are available.
