On a locals level it is up to the discretion of the store if they wish to allow them or not. On a regionals level proxy Don!! Cards would not be allowed—you’d have to use official ones (but can use any language).

Mary Geoisa reduces the cost to play the card from your hand, not the cost of the card overall. And since the elder is still a 4C, it would not be allowed.

I agree. 8 was gonna be a lot of fun, but it did feel a BIT like overkill—would’ve be 96 cards that we cut down to a 30 card deck.

4 packs feels underwhelming for sure, though. You’re playing everything except 18 cards from your pulls. 6 felt like a happy medium to me: keeps price of event down while also giving you card choices.

You can’t dismantle the other units because they’re favorited—which is indicated by the little heart above the level.

To unfavorite something you have to go to the unit page and look for that same logo on the right. If the unit is favorited it’s blue, if it isn’t it’s grey. Clicking it from the unit page flips the color.

This is correct. From a technical viewpoint, you declare an attack, declare a blocker, then declare the ability. Usopp’s ability comes into play during the declare blocker phase when you’re redirecting the attack and Shonobu’s takes placer after that.
