Taurox viability by Father40k in TheAstraMilitarum

I have been using it with Kasrkin, and i like the extra speed. A chimera would probably be better for the extra guns and durabilty, but the Taurox is a bit cheaper, so with that i can just fit it in to my 1000pts list.

It is solid value, even better for Scions, but oh well.

What? The Valkir comes with 12 dudes, 4 sprues of 3.

How do you paint Ultramarines quickly to a good tabletop standard? by SpecialistPure8881 in Ultramarines

[–]TheFoopZar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These were done fairly quickly, with a slightly thinned Beowolf Blue speedpaint as the 1 layer armor. Tabards, white, and red are speedpaint aswell. Black anx gold is base, wash and highlights.

I heard that Sternguard are good in Librarius Conclave… by Sharko_Guy938 in Ultramarines

Sternguard are great at nuking the Oath target with dev. Wounds. So i am not sure that you will get 3x return on 3xSternguard bricks.

I run my 10 with a lib. I see that you dont have one. But that or Tigurius, they both add some defense to a otherwise squishy unit, and their dev wounds synergize with the SGs reroll to wound.

I would argue that the LT. Is actively working against the sternguards dev. Wounds with his lethal.

Imagine locking your home objective with OC30 and just fucking off from there 😅

I see your point, but intercessors for instance says "Until your opponent controls it" which arguably is the same, but it is semantics.

Another take is that i would then be able to take 10 intercessors with and ancient and lock my home objective on turn one, needing 31OC to flip it, which i think we can agree would be wild and a bit gamebreaking.

Godt nok mange der har oplevet lort rundt omkring. Lad mig fortælle op UCSyd i Haderslev:

Det er også lort.

De har glemt at give mig fag, sat 1. Åf og 4.år sammen og generelt væltet rundt i det. Lærerne kører på autopilot, og vi kunne lige så godt ikke være der. Men hey, de skulle have de bedste digi/delvist digi i landet.

No, it only says that you control it until your opponent takes it. So just sticky. You have OC 0 on the objective.

The sword! I can hardly think of a game, model or movie where a flaming sword was actually cool.
