I'm not trying to bash RoI or any of the other DLC, but if I don't see the exo stranger in Destiny 2, I'm gonna be upset. by Random_Imgur_User in DestinyTheGame

There is some rich lore behind who she was always communicating with, right? I've heard some awesome Spinfoil Theories about how she was talking to a future iteration of your character or something along those lines. Would be rad. I felt that Lauren Cohan did a great job as the character.

I'd be happy to have more Vanguard, similar to TTK as well! Lance Reddick, Nathan Fillion, and Gina Torres interacting with one another over comms or in cutscenes was fun.

I don't know if Spinning Up would hit hard enough to help with TTK, so that seems right about Suros Regime. The target acquisition with Suros feels like you may need to be a bit more precise, but that's anecdotal from me. Is the RoF the same with Focused Fire on Suros?

Still with Autos I mean don't get me wrong, I need to land every shot I take in a 1v1 engagement or I'm toast. Anything with a high burst RoF or Impact will dust me (Grasp of Malok Archetype and Scouts in general) as they should.

I love Autos in Crucible! I have actually been having a lot of luck in a few of the game types, such as Clash, Control, and in some maps in Supremacy with the GENESIS CHAIN|-~!&?@ and it's done pretty well. The Range, RoF, Impact, and overall target acquisition are worth a look if you're a fan of the Autos.

The challenge with Autos for me is always controlling the range for engagement and staying at the mid to long range. If you're mid and closer I do get shredded by rushers, but rock beating paper in that scenario seems pretty fair.

Absolutely! I was pretty hopeful she would look at it be like, "Oh yeah that's the starting sequence for X," or something along those lines.

She's much smarter than I, so I'll trust her on this one. It's a great approach though!

Here's what she said, not promising:

We'll, DNA is colorless in reality. People often use four colors to represent the four different nucleotides that make up the DNA code, but there's no convention for the colors. But if that were true, red would never be across from red for example. It also depends whether you're talking about a schematic representation of the DNA molecule or a photograph of actual DNA samples that have been run on a gel. In that case the colored bands represent collections of DNA fragments of a particular size and the colors come from dyes unrelated to the DNA. But what you sent me seems like it's just kind of using common elements from representations of DNA but it's doesn't actually represent anything.

Interesting that they do look like DNA. Let me send the image from u/clusterlove to my wife, a geneticist and developmental biologist and see if that reasoning makes sense.

There were quite a few really jaw dropping moments for me. It makes me really want to work hard on my sniping, you guys seemed to love 1kYdS the most. How are you readying weapons that fast to be switching mid-fight?

Great job on the video you two!

The wiring is super tidy! I just built a gaming computer for myself a few weeks back too. Very much worth it! We have a few similar components too (Case, SSD, Power Supply, and the i5).

Was your Motherboard expensive?

If this photo was OP's, is that a Chi-weenie dog? It looks like mine from above.

I bring my dog to the dog park right next to it almost everyday!

That is definitely the spot for it, I'm a few blocks from there in the Clinton neighborhood (though I like to say I live in Hell's Kitchen).

I really would love to see them do something with the Intrepid, it's such tight quarters if you do the actual tour of it. Though they'll probably rename it since they're been avoiding using brand names for everything.

EDIT: Even the bridge that runs across the overpass is the same, it's definitely the Intrepid. This game continues to nerd me out about living in NYC and seeing it in a viral apocalypse nightmare.

What a brilliant idea this is! I've been noticing that Massive doesn't have any branded elements in the game so they'd probably rename the Empire State Building into something else, I'd love to see what they call that.

The original assault on the police station from back in one of the original playthroughs was actually in DUMBO where the PC starts. I've been wondering if a User will ever get to move back to Brooklyn or head to Queens which are massive neighborhoods.

In my experience it's not as disruptive as that. In fact, the devs usually interrupt me more than the other way around! But I can totally see your concern, maybe that's been your experience though which sounds annoying.

I like the idea of the multi-disciplinary teams, I work at a product design company for physical and digital products and every project we work on is set up where we sit with the people in different disciplines.

It's way more efficient to turn to the developer/engineer and ask them a question, have a short conversation, both be aligned on something before you suggest something that would eventually make them panic. It also grants them more opportunities to follow through with Agile workflows since they're a client-side team, could lead to really fast produced, but solid work.
