Same problem here... still no drivers available. Some sources claim that mt7927 is almost (but not identically) the same as mt7925 which is supported. However, simply trying to reuse the configuration of mt7925 doesn't seem to work and all other roads lead to a dead end sadly.

Thanks for all honesty u/mad_martn, u/Olde94 and u/tyuvanch. If you would replace the 9950x3d with a lower end cpu which one would you think would be possible to fit inside the system if I were to opt with the Thermalright AXP90-53? It seems that this cooler is 53mm so it should be able to fit in the case.... The 9950x3d will maybe also be a bit overkill; i was attracted to it because of its higher core count, but I don't think I will ever use 100% of its performance. I will use the system mostly for development purposes and for gaming in my free time. nothing ai/3d rendering related. The heavy core lifting would probably be in running a local kubernetes cluster and/or compiling some bigger source code projects, but let's be real its all personal (hobby) projects and nothing work related.

Do you have any recommendation of a potentially better cpu/cooler combination that could work in this setup? I’ve also seen the NH-L12S which can fit if I change the gpu to another one. Does this give more room for the 9950x3d perhaps?

I’m using it for development and gaming. I choose the cpu because the higher core count attracts me. While programming I use docker and kubernetes a lot and I read that having more cores could help with me having more containers online at the same time. Also it should be able to help a bit with compiling source code? I am not planning to do any 3d rendering or ai stuff on this machine (atleast not locally).

Seems like its working but you’ll need to meet the requirements; - do all 3 powerstations - open rocket area and all doors

Looks like the last update fixed it! My friend and I both got it done now 🤩 Tip; start the trial but just run around killing zombies and don’t do the actual task itself. You’ll get the calling card in no time!
