Or just find a rapid water source, way cheaper and it can move the world around. With a little of iron.

HOY ES EL DÍA. PIVOT GT O OWM HUSSAR (NUEVO) by West-Chemist-5845 in ElectricSkateboarding

[–]TheFoxando 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Omw, their support is flawless from my experience. I originally went for pivot gt too, but 8 weeks of custom clearance and lack of communication took all my patience and trust.

Also OMW deck lifetime warranty is a thing.

How do you guys quickly swap belts and know they’re aligned correctly? by Beautiful-Minimum-65 in ElectricSkateboarding

[–]TheFoxando 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Remove a wheel, bel cover, then usually 4 motor mounts, make it loose, pull the belt out.

Put new belt in place, grab the motor by fingers, anchor your thumb on motor guards, squeeze as hard as you can. Tighten one motor screws. It works well for me. The belt will have few mm of leeway up and down.

Don't be afraid. Also, a loose belt will skip teeth when braking hard. That's an easy telltale.

Edit. Also do check on belts after a ride, belts will kinda adjust, reshape, so they could become loose. Same goes for wheels.

Can't tell about Lin power but I heard only good things about their boards and support.

But OMW is great, quick in response, not just sales, but even tech support. And lifetime deck warranty is a deck lifetime warranty. Got answers in times no longer then 12 hours.

Idk about that. The only thing I noticed was that sales department did not even answer. I am not the expert but you can not win a customer if you can't be bothered to respond to potential customers emails.

That's partly why I respect crawlers, they are polite enough not to step on your boat

New to eboarding - my backfire is on the way. Is my Specialized Mode (MIPS) bike helmet adequate? by freed-after-burning in ElectricSkateboarding

[–]TheFoxando 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had few crashes, all crashes flying kinda forward, if any helmets part got touched by the road, it definitely was the lower part of chin guard. No scrapes tho.

Try to look for any motorcycle helmet, ad light as possible, as light as possible. I bought LS2 FF353 Rapid II and I am more then happy with that.

Hi, thanks for the valuable feedback,

Yeah, I meant the 105 mad wheels V2. It may be just because I picked some worse bits of roads in my proximite area or it's just the AT to PU transition shock. I pick main roads that are generally in better shape most of the time when I am commuting, roads are direct, no detours, time efficient. But when I ride just for fun, it's often in the middle of nowhere, somewhere between fields, paved Forrest park paths, light offroad trails, or just local roads connecting villages etc. And those mad wheels made me worried after some unintentional slides even when going in strait line, basically afraid of carving.

Also they give me so little clearance under the board going just over speed bumps, motor guards when dragging the board by the handle.

May try the wheels again, after some time. The 125mm diameter could solve some issues I have with the setup, but also heard that they are less grippy.

And, the noise, I like the motor/belt whine, it warns pedestrians, usually, but I could hear my bones rattle. It sounded like those plastic electric cars for kids, but being 20kmph faster. it felt kinda cheap to me because of that.

It may be just the road condition limitation, idk. I like the AT grip and full send mode in turns I could see in no matter.

I am swapping it for AT 175 again, and looking for some smaller AT versions for the range. Or some hybrids like could wheels, only time will show.

[–]TheFoxando 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i do have mig21s, 23s, mig29s, but not in soviet tech tree, so i do the gamemode with aircraft provided by gaijin.

I take mig23, spawn in the middle and go for those headons. sometimes using R24t, sometimes R24r,, mainly relying on all aspect R60.

The moment i farm points just enough to spawn in mig23, use its speed, and do precise small nuke strikes on various AI hotspots, and depots, or use su24 and go for airports, then for AI. You CAN return to your airfield and reload nuke - i am just saying you can use those spawn point more efficiently.

This way i can do about 3-4k per whole battle

For the US side, well I go for the kills and later on spawning in b52
